Grow, but grow prudently and not too fast. Trying to grow too fast can kill a small business quickly as too much emphasis can be placed on growth and not enough on, for example, the customer relationships, service/product quality, and maintaining a strong brand presence.
That’s why it important to experience Growth. Success. Acceleration (the GSAfactor). That means first you grow, then you experience the success, next, accelerate what has made you grow and then start over again with the next growth strategy, then use the success to expand in the marketplace and then ramp it up to a massive acceleration process for the next growth strategy.
Just as a reminder, if you host a charity event or sponsor a school sports team, I promise it will carry your business a long ways. Last but certainly not least under promise and over deliver. It’ll keep them coming back for more over and over again, and they’ll be more likely to tell their friends!
